From Womens Weekly, Cocoa is a source of anti-oxidants, which have a toning effect, honey helps your skin retain moisture & yoghurt adds lactic acid to dissolve dead skin cells & refine texture. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
2 tablespoons honey |
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt |
1 vitamin e, capsule contents of |
rice flour |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients using sufficient rice flour to form a workable texture. 2. Smooth over face and neck, avoiding eye area & lips. 3. Lie down for 5 mins and then rinse with warm water & pat dry. |
