Quick and simple healthy snack! Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 cup flax seed meal |
1/2 cup miniature m&m baking bits (or mini chocolate chips) |
1/4 cup cocoa (optional) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour and roll into 1-inch balls. Measure out by teaspoon and scoop into individual muffin cups for individual servings. |
