I haven't tried this yet, but posting to be able to find it later. I love eggnog season - real or not! Ingredients:
4 cups skim milk |
1 (1 ounce) package jello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix |
1/2 teaspoon rum extract |
1/4 cup cool whip lite |
1 dash ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract. 2. Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds. 3. Pour into 4 glasses. 4. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite. 5. Lightly sprinkle nutmeg over Cool Whip Lite. 6. Serves 4 (1 cup) -Each serving equals:. |
