Delicious and super easy-to-make version of eclaire pie. Ingredients:
18 servings premium multigrain saltine crackers (about 90 crackers) |
8 ounce cool whip lite |
1 ounce jell-o instant vanilla pudding sugar free |
2 cups skim milk |
12 ounce chocolate frosting |
Directions:
1. Prepare instant pudding according to package instruction using skim milk. 2. Line bottom of lasagne pan with half of the crackers. 3. Mix together the prepared instant pudding and the whipped topping. 4. Pour the mixture over the crackers. 5. Line the remaining crackers on top of the mixture. Microwave chocolate frosting for 30 seconds, stir and pour over crackers. 6. Smooth out the frosting if needed. 7. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled. |
