This was in the pamphlet I found at the store that uses JELL-O, Nilla wafers, BAKER's squares, and cool whip. Sounds like the mock eclair my husband's aunt makes but instead of graham crackers this uses vanilla wafers. Can't wait to try this, so easy. 20 minutes plus refrigeration time. Ingredients:
2 cups milk, cold |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages jello instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip, thawed |
64 vanilla wafers |
2 ounces baker's semi-sweet chocolate |
Directions:
1. Beat milk and pudding mixes with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip. 2. Arrange 16 wafers on bottom of 8-inch square dish; cover with one-third of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate 4 hours. 3. Microwave chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl on high for 1 minute or until melted when stirred. Drizzle over dessert. |
