excellent over cake or ice cream! Ingredients:
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup cold water |
1 dash salt |
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate |
1/3 cup sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Blend cornstarch and cold water and pour into small saucepan. 2. Add salt and chocolate. 3. Cook on low until chocolate melts and mixture is thick. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Stir in sugar substitue and blend in butter. 6. Store in fridge. Use over cake or ice cream. |
