This is a very smooth, light mousse, from a Mori-Nu Tofu ad. Good with cinnamon graham crackers. Ingredients:
12 1/3 ounces lite silken firm tofu |
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Blend tofu til smooth. 2. Add cocoa & blend. 3. Add honey & vanilla and blend thoroghly til smooth. 4. Pour into a serving bowl or custard cups. 5. Fridge at least 1 hour before serving. 6. ( Can use 2 cups drained cottage cheese in place of tofu.). |
