Shiny ganache-like glaze that goes on smooth as silk because of the corn syrup. Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
4 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons corn syrup |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in 2 cup glass measuring cup. 2. Heat on high power for 60 seconds. 3. Remove from oven and stir with a butter knife until smooth. 4. Use to frost cake or cupcakes of your choice. |
