1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup pecans |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 cup whipped cream |
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix or 2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix |
3 cups milk |
pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. 1ST LAYER- MIX 1 STICK BUTTER, MELTED, 1 CUP FLOUR, 1/2 CUP PECANS. 2. PAT IN PAN, BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 15 minutes. 3. 2ND LAYER- MIX 8 OUNCES OF CREAM CHEESE, 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, AND 1 CUP WHIP CREAM. 4. 3RD LAYER- MIX 2 PACKAGES FOR INSTANT CHOCOLATE OR LEMON PUDDING. 5. AND 3 CUPS MILK. 6. THEN LAYER OF WHIPPED CREAM AND SPRINKLE WITH CHOPPED PECANS. |
