This is an amazing light dessert you are sure to love! It is enough to satisfy your craving but still leave you feeling great! This recipe is a family favorite and has been for a long time! Ingredients:
1 stick soft margarine |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup nuts (optional) |
8 ounces soft cream cheese |
1 cup cool whip (or more) |
1/2 cup powdered sugar (or less) |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix |
3 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Crust:
2. Mix ingredients and press into a baking pan (12 x 9)
3. Bake 8-10 minute.
4. Let cool.
5. Spread cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar over crust.
6. Pour cooked pudding over cream cheese mixture.
7. Top with cool whip and chocolate shavings.
8. Refrigerate until serve.
