This is a sinfully good chocolate cookie for the chocolate lover in us all. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted |
1 egg |
1 pkg. two-layer devil's food cake mix |
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add egg and melted chocolate and beat until smooth. Add cake mix and beat until well mixed.
2. Roll dough into 1 balls and place 3 apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Using glass dipped in sugar, press down on each ball to flatten. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-9 minutes until edges of cookies are set. Cool for 2 minutes, then remove from cookie sheets to wire racks; cool completely.
4. Melt chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over cooled cookies.
