Really chocolaty cupcakes from Young Chefs Academy Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup warm water |
3/4 cup buttermilk |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Ëš F. Line muffin tins with paper liners, set aside. 2. sift together first 5 ingredients into mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth, about three minutes. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl. 3. Divide batter into muffin cups, fill each about 2/3 full. Bake until tops spring back when touched, about 20 min, transfer to wire rack and let cool. |
