These are just yummy... Ingredients:
100 g milk chocolate, melted |
170 g butter or 170 g margarine, melted |
200 g flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
250 g sugar |
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/2 cup walnuts (optional) or 1/2 cup pecans (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 165°C. 2. Mix flour baking powder and sugar. 3. Add the eggs and the melted butter. 4. Add melted chocolate and cocoa powder. 5. Add the nuts (if wanted). 6. Pout into paper cups. 7. Bake for 20 to 30 minute Cakes may not be completely dry. |
