Chocolate Cupcake - Whole Wheat Style |

Mini cupcakes with only 63 calories each! I dont know why it's given the grade of D+; there's hardly any fat and only one gram of sugar and fiber! Omit the salt if you'd like to decrease your sodium intake. Ingredients:
1 container no sugar added applesauce |
2 c whole wheat flour |
6 tablespoons hershey's unsweetened cocoa |
1/2 cup splenda, granulated |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Add all dry ingridents first into a bowl 3. Then, add wet ingredients 4. Add two cups of water last 5. Take muffin cups (about 2 1/2 ) and spray with pam and then add equal amounts of batter into each cup 6. Insert into oven for about 20~25minutes. To be sure stick a tooth pick inside until it comes out clear (no chocolate on stick) 7. Let cool for about 10 minutes |
