Another great recepie by Pierre Hermé. Ingredients:
145 g dark chocolate |
115 g butter |
3 drops tabasco |
1 egg |
3 egg yolks |
30 g sugar |
1 egg and coconut flakes for coating |
oil |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate over stream. 2. Melt butter together with tabasco and put aside. 3. Whisk sugar with egg and egg yolks, add molten chocolate, mix well. 4. Stir in melted butter. 5. Pour mixture in a form so that it is about 2,5 cm thick. 6. Put for 2 hours in the fridge. 7. Cut in small pieces and cover with egg and coconut flakes. 8. Freeze for 2 hours and deep fry in oil until gold brown. |
