Another no-bake treat with only three ingredients will have you satisfying your chocolate craving, with just a few minutes in the kitchen. Rice crisp cereal gives these squares a satisfying light crunch -
Ingredients:
10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (reg or low fat)
2 cups crispy rice cereal
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a heatproof bowl. Bring water in a saucepan to a boil. Remove from heat. Place bowl with chocolate mixture over water, making sure water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and combined with the sweetened condensed milk.
3. Remove bowl from saucepan and stir in cereal.
4. Spread mixture 1/2-inch thick on prepared baking sheet and chill in refrigerator. Cut into chunks. Store in freezer.
