This is (to me) a can't stop eating them recipe. Ingredients:
3/4 cup honey |
1 cup peanut butter |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup salted peanuts |
3 cups crisp rice cereal |
Directions:
1. Line a 9x9 inch pan with baking paper. 2. Melt honey and peanut butter in a large saucepan over low heat. 3. Bring slowly to a boil. 4. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. 5. Stir until they melt. 6. Add peanuts and rice cereal. 7. Stir to coat. 8. Press in prepared pan. 9. Chill well before cutting into 25 squares. |
