Yield is a guess. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
4 ounces dark chocolate |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs, room temperature |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups rice flour (rice flour mix) |
1 tablespoon rice flour (rice flour mix) |
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate, then mix with oil and sugar. 2. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in the vanilla. 3. Add rice flour mix, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder. Mix everything together, then place bowl in the fridge for a few hours. 4. Heat oven to 350°F Form dough into small balls. Place them on a greased cookie sheet (about 1.25 apart), and bake 10-12 minutes. |
