These are the most adorable little desserts!I love rolling them around in the powdered sugar! So easy and fun! Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
2. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
5. stir into oil mixture.
6. Chill several hours.
7. Preheat oven to 350.
8. Roll teaspoonful of dough in confectioner's sugar.
9. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
10. Bake 10-12 minutes.
