An easy and delicious icing.
Ingredients:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup quality cocoa powder
1/8 tsp cream o' tartar
1 pint chilled heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Place metal mixing bowl and wisk attachment in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
2. Pour cream and vanilla into chilled bowl.
3. Sift confectioners sugar, cocoa, and cream o' tartar over the cream.
4. Whip until thick and spreadable.
