This is really nice inside my best ever chocolate cake, but you could use for any recipie its very simple to make and tastes YUMMY Ingredients:
250 g dark chocolate |
1/3 cup cream |
2 egg yolks |
Directions:
1. Combine the chocolate and cream in a small pan, stir over low heat until chocolate has melted, remove from heat. Whisk in egg yolks until mixture is smooth. Slice cake in half and spread cream filling inside. |
