I found this recipebut I can't remember where. The cream cheese made them rich and smooth. It was very tasty. I don't think I cared for the ones rolled in unsweetened cocoa or coffee, but I guess it's individual. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
3 cups powdered sugar |
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
various coatings such as ground nuts, unsweetened cocoa, coffee granules, coconut or candy sprinkles |
Directions:
1. Beat the cream cheese and add the sugar, then beat until smooth. 2. Add the melted chips and vanilla, mix. 3. Refrigerate for one hour. 4. Shape into 1 balls, roll in coating. 5. Store in refrigerator. |
