2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/3 cup whole milk |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy topping, thawed |
graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat chocolate chips and milk over low heat, stirring until melted. Let cool. 2. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese. 3. Add chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. 4. Fold in whipped topping to blend. 5. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Freeze about 4 hours to set. |
