Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

This icing goes well with most any cake. If you want a thinner icing, add more cream; thicker, use less.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 square unsweetened swiss baker's chocolate
3 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp light cream
Directions:
1. Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler.
2. Once melted, add cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese has softened.
3. Pour mixture into a bowl, stir in sugar, and mix well.
4. Add vanilla extract and cream.
