Easy and delicious chocolate cream cheese frosting. Ingredients:
3/4 c (1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter,softened |
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese,softened |
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa,sifted |
1 lb. (4c) cofectioners' sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
3 to 4 tbs. milk |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl,beat butter,and cream cheese until creamy,about 2 mins. Stir in cocoa. Add sugar,1 cup at a time,mixing well.
2. Beat in vanilla and milk and stir till smooth. Can be refrigerated up to 1 week;bring to room temperature and stir before using. Makes 3 cups.
