3hr cooking time is refrigeration time. Ingredients:
200 g white chocolate, chopped |
1/2 cup cream |
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (ocean spray ) |
2 teaspoons orange liqueur |
1 cup cream |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and cream together in a bowl over hot water. Cool slightly and stir in the cranberry sauce and liqueur. Lightly whip the extra cream and fold through. Spoon into small cups and refrigerate 3 hours. |
