Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

A healthy twist on chocolate cranberry cookies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup yogurt, low fat
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups oats (not instant)
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup flax seed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3. With a mixer, whip the butter until fluffy.
4. Cream together whipped butter and sugar, then mix in yogurt and vanilla.
5. Mix in dry ingredients, making sure not to over-stir.
6. Stir in cranberries and oats.
7. Scoop onto a cookie tray and bake for 10-12 minutes in the middle rack.
