                    This is an Australian Net recipe my friend sent me. It is really is quite good and satifies the sweet tooth Copha - Copha is a solid fat that is derived from the solidified coconut oil.. It is used primarily in recipes where it is melted and combined with other ingredients. Read more . Everybody who taste this I am told, loves it. Dessicated coconut, unsweetened and finely grated/shredded dry. Found in natural foods stores or ethnic grocers. Our moist sweetened shredded coconut could be substituted as an alternative  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                250 g (9oz) copha is a brand of solidified coconut oil  |  
                                                4 cups of rice bubbles or similar puffed rice  |  
                                                1 cup icing sugar ( powder sugar )  |  
                                                3 tablespoons cocoa  |  
                                                1 cup dessicated coconut ( unsweetened dried finely grated/ shredded coconut - )  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Melt Copha in a saucepan over a low heat or in a microwave oven. 2. Mix dried ingredients. 3. Mix with melted Copha until well combined. 4. Spoon mixture evenly into 24 paper patty containers. 5. Set in the refrigerator to harden                              |
