Every Australian child has eaten these at every single birthday party they went to as a kid. Quick, simple and no cooking. Kids will love to help make these. Ingredients:
4 cups rice bubbles (i think you call them rice crispies ) |
1 cup sifted icing sugar |
3 tbspns cocoa (i add more for extra chocolately flavour) |
1 cup dessicated coconut |
250 g vegetable shortening |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.. 2. Melt shortening in saucepan or microwave. 3. Pour melted shortening over dry ingredients and mix until combined. 4. Spoon mixture into 24 paper patty liners. 5. Refrigerate until set. |
