This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
3 strawberries |
8 ounces milk (skim or 1%) |
1 scoop chocolate protein powder |
2 good squirts sugar free hershey's syrup |
2 tablespoons greek yogurt |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Toss everything in the blender, mix well. 2. Enjoy! |
