Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls |

Crunchy balls of peanut buttery goodness. Always a hit on cookie trays Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
1 cup butter |
1 cup rice krispies |
4 cups icing sugar |
1 pkg chocolate chips |
1/4 cup parawax pellets |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, adding sugar one cup at a time to ease mixing. Mixture will be very stiff and slightly crumbly. 2. Refrigerate for approx 45 min 3. Roll into balls, stick each ball with a toothpick and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. 4. Freeze for 2 hours 5. Melt Chocolate Chips and Parawax in a double boiler. 6. Dip Frozen balls i chocolate mixture removing toothpicks once dipped and using a spoon to cover holes. (or press a peanut half into chocolate over hole for garnish) 7. Once chocolate has set store in refrigerator |
