Yummy! Chocolate dipped Marshmellows. Kinda like at Easter. Servings depend on how well they go over. Probably a small serving. Ingredients:
1 12oz. pkg. chocolate chunks,melted |
1 10 oz. bag large marshmellows |
2/3 c. finely chopped nuts or toasted coconut |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. 2. Dip Marshmellows. 3. Place on wax paper. 4. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut. 5. Air dry until chocolate is set. 6. Store in airtight container at room temperature. |
