Chocolate Covered Hazelnut Cookies |

Crunchy chocolate covered cookies. Ingredients:
150 g flour |
1 pinch of baking soda |
150 g sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar |
150 g butter |
150 g grated hazelnut |
5 tablespoon apricot jam |
100 g chocolate |
Directions:
1. Mix flour with baking soda, add sugar, vanilla sugar, hazelnut and butter and knead a dough. 2. Put it in the fridge for about an hour, after roll out and with a help of a cookie cutter cut it in the form you want to. 3. Bake for about 10 minutes on 180°C. 4. Melt chocolate and cover half of the cookies with it. 5. Smear jam on the other half and put the halves together. |
