I came up with this one after I discovered that I had no cream to make a traditional chocolate martini. It uses a bit more milk than a normal martini would cream, but I promise that it tastes just as good as anything you would get in a restaurant! Ingredients:
2 ounces chocolate syrup |
2 ounces vodka |
4 ounces milk (we used 1% and it worked, but if using cream i would suggest using only 2 oz) |
1 1/2 ounces amaretto |
1 ounce cherry juice |
2 maraschino cherries |
Directions:
1. Fill shaker with ice. 2. Add everything but cherries; shake vigorously. 3. Strain into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with cherries. Enjoy! |
