They were pretty good; the cherry flavor predominates with a hint of the chocolate. Maybe a stronger chocolate liquor like Godiva would give it more chocolate flavor. These are also pretty mild in terms of alcohol content for jello shots. Cooking time refers to chilling time. Ingredients:
1 cup creme de cacao |
3 ounces jello cherry gelatin (1 small pkg) |
1 cup hot water |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Combine hot water and cherry jello, stir until dissolved.
3. Add creme de cacao.
4. Dispense into 1-ounce plastic cups.
5. Chill.
