I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Weight Loss Surgery For Dummies. Using frozen skim milk cubes instead of ice cubes not only adds flavor but adds calcium to this delicious milkshake recipe. If using other protein supplements you may need to make some adjustments according to taste. For stage 3.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unjury chocolate protein powder (2 scoops)
4 ounces skim milk, frozen into cubes
2 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
2 ounces skim milk
1 ounce fresh cherries, pitted
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Tip: You can use frozen cherries if you can't find fresh.
