This has got to be one of my favorite cookie recipes. Ingredients:
250 g butter, chopped |
200 g dark chocolate, chopped |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup soft brown sugar |
1 1/2 cups plain flour |
1/2 cup cocoa |
250 g white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 2. Line 2 - 3 oven trays with baking paper. 3. Melt butter and chocolate. 4. Pour into large mixing bowl. 5. Add eggs, sugar. 6. Stir til well combined. 7. Add sifted flour and cocoa. 8. Stir in choc bits. 9. Mix well. 10. Drop 2 tablespoon of mixture on trays spacing well apart. 11. continue until all the mixture is used. 12. Bake 10 minutes or until the top feels firm. 13. Cool on trays 2 minutes before transferring to racks. |
