If you have a sweet tooth like me, then this is the one. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 (7 ounce) package flaked coconut |
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
chopped peanuts (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees. 2. Prepare an ungreased 13 x 9-in baking pan. 3. Combine first 4 ingredients. 4. Press mixture into ungreased baking dish. 5. Bake for 10 minutes. 6. Combine milk and coconut; mix well, spread over crust. 7. Bake for another 10-12 minutes. 8. Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan. 9. Cook, over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. 10. Spread over coconut layer. 11. Garnish with chopped peanuts, if desired. 12. Cool and cut into bars. |
