This is an easy , very yummy cake. Ingredients:
one box delux chocolate pudding cake |
one can cream of coconut |
cool whip |
1 bag shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Make cake per package directions 2. Open can of cream of coconut stir very well because it is very thick 3. When cake comes out of oven poke wholes with end of wooden spoon then pour cream of coconut over the cake and refrigerate for 1 hour at least. Longer is better I found. 4. Top cake with cool whip and toasted coconut 5. keep in frig 6. Chocolate curls look really nice with the toasted coconut. 7. >>> I have also done this cake with carmel sauce too and that is really gooood too. |
