Easy to make and delicious. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup soft butter |
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 1/2 cups sifted flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Stir in coconut and eggs. 3. Sift dry ingredients and add. 4. Stir in chocolate chips. 5. Spread evenly into greased 9 X 13 pan. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes. |
