An old recipe from my mom. Ingredients:
2 lbs white chocolate or 2 lbs almond bark |
1 cup chunky peanut butter |
2 cups dry roasted salted peanuts |
3 cups mini marshmallows |
4 cups crisp rice cereal |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave or double boiler, stirring often. 2. Add all remaining ingredients; stir with a wooden spoon to coat evenly. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. |
