An airy and light dessert that can be a guilty plesure you can enjoy! Ingredients:
1 ready-made chocolate cookie pie crust |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
2 (8 ounce) packages philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
6 baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate squares, melted, cooled slightly |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. 2. Beat cream cheese, both sugars, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate; pour into crust. 3. Bake 35 minute Cool completely. Store leftover pie in frige. |
