The Russian Heritage Cookbook Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup ground almonds |
2 ounces chocolate, grated |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. 2. Fold in almonds, chocolate and cinnamon. 3. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 300°; allow to dry on pan before removing. |
