I love these brownies. not too sweet but with nice big chunks of sweet chocolate in every bite. Ingredients:
8 eggs |
4 1/4 cups sugar |
1 3/4 cups salted butter |
8 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chunks |
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. melt chocolate and butter together over a double boiler. 3. stir together sugar and eggs until well mixed. 4. add cooled chocolate mixture,stir together. 5. sift flour,baking powder, and salt together. 6. add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. 7. stir until thoroughly mixed. 8. pour half of batter into a 13 x 18 baking pan. 9. spread half of chocolate chunks onto batter. 10. add remaining batter and top with remaining chips. 11. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
