Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Cake |

This is my preferred birthday cake ever year! Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter (soft) |
1 c sugar |
2 eggs (beaten) |
2 c flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 pt sour cream |
2 tbs milk |
2 tsp vanilla |
1 bag chocolate chips |
topping / center |
1/2 c sugar |
2 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pre-Heat Oven to 375° 2. Combine all ingredients till well blended. 3. Add chocolate chips. Pour half of the batter into a greased spring form pan. 4. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. 5. Pour left over batter into the pan then cover with the remaining cinnamon sugar mix. 6. Bake 45 min |
