Since Autumn is my favorite season, I love to bake a lot then. I love to make anything that will make a lovely traditional treat to make each year. This really sounded like a neat recipe. I found it online and thought it was a cool recipe to share, enjoy! 8) Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
4 eggs |
1 cup oil |
2 cups pumpkin |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour bottom of tube pan. 2. In large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and pumpkin. 3. Gradually add the first 6 ingredients; stir in nuts and chocolate chips (If you like, you can add more chocolate chips, nuts and cinnamon for more flavor). 4. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. 5. Let cool before serving. |
