Even as a child, I was never a big cake eater. This disturbs many people, but I just don't care for most cakes. This one, however, was my one downfall and my mother would make it for my birthday every year instead of those yucky birthday cakes with icing (yuck!). Ingredients:
1 (18 3/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding |
1 1/2 cups water |
1/2 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease & flour a bundt pan (or use a Demarle Flexipan). 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together yellow cake mix, puddings, water and oil until well incorporated. 3. Add all 4 eggs at one time and beat one minute longer. 4. Add package of chocolate chips. 5. Pour into prepared pan and back for one hour at 350°. 6. Cool. 7. Enjoy. |
