low fat, low calorie cookie Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3 egg whites |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/4 cup skim milk |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees about 14 minutes. Cut into smaller pieces. |
