My mom's recipe-it is a winner! Ingredients:
3 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows |
3/4 c. milk |
1/4 t. salt |
1-one oz. square of baking chocolate-chipped |
1 c. heavy whipping cream +1 t. vanilla |
one baked piecrust |
Directions:
1. Melt marshmallows, milk and salt in a double boiler, cool-whip the cream and add chipped chocolate to the whipping cream...fold the cooled marshmallow mixture into the whipping cream. Place in a baked pie crust and chill several hours. |
