Often requested for pot-lucks and family special occasions. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. 2. Beat in sugars, flour, butter, oil, and vanilla until well blended. 3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. 4. Pour into pie shell. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until tests done. 6. Cool on a wire rack. 7. Refrigerate leftovers. |
